Was the cancel inside 48 hours?

The claim: “I cancelled 50 hours out.” The booking file shows 42 hours before travel.
What we decide: The clock is the travel date on the booking, in that timezone. Inside 48 hours → 10% forfeit. Outside → full refund.
Money: Payment desk only. No clinical call.
Still not true: This is not a vote, a review score, or a treatment grade.

48-hour clock, 15% cap, who cancelled, did the exam finish. That is the whole desk.

Refund, forfeit, or release. Clinical complaints go to the dentist’s warranty, not back here.

Verification is a different file

Six pillars. All pass, or the dentist is not Verified. That work happens before a patient ever books a video consultation. A payment dispute does not reopen licence, sterilization, or warranty checks — and verification does not decide a hold.

That is the written warranty on the dentist’s profile — how long it lasts, what is covered, and what is not. RatedDocs required that file to mark them Verified. We still do not treat you, and we do not unwind a released payment because the outcome disappointed.
