RatedDocs is a data transparency platform that verifies individual dentists and helps international patients make better dental tourism decisions. We are not a clinic and do not provide medical care or advice.

We only collect information you choose to give us, plus limited technical data from your visit.

• Information you submit in forms — such as your name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, country or city, professional details (for dentists), and any answers you provide in our patient or dentist questionnaires and webinar registration.
• Account information — if you create an account, your email address and authentication details.
• Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation and basic transaction details; we never see or store your full card number.
• Usage and device data — pages visited, referring links, approximate location derived from IP, browser and device type, and interaction data collected through analytics and session-behaviour tools.

We do not ask for medical records, diagnoses, or clinical images through this website. Please do not send sensitive health information to us.

• To respond to your enquiry and provide the guidance or information you requested.
• To review dentist applications and carry out our verification process.
• To register you for webinars and send the join link and reminders.
• To send transactional emails such as confirmations and receipts.
• To send updates and marketing emails where you have opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time.
• To operate, secure, measure, and improve the website.
• To meet legal, accounting, and record-keeping obligations.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on: your consent (marketing emails, non-essential analytics), performance of a contract (services you sign up for), our legitimate interests (running and improving the platform, preventing abuse), and legal obligation (record-keeping).

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with providers that help us operate the platform, under their own privacy terms:

• Hosting, database, and authentication infrastructure for our application data.
• Email delivery providers for confirmations and notifications.
• Email marketing and CRM tools for opted-in updates and lead follow-up.
• Workflow automation tools that route form submissions to our team.
• Stripe for payment processing.
• Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, and a session-analytics tool, for usage measurement.
• Google Meet for webinar delivery.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality and for analytics that show how visitors use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; essential functionality may be affected. Analytics data is aggregated and used to improve content and layout, not to make decisions about individuals.

RatedDocs serves patients and dentists worldwide, and our providers may process data in countries other than yours, including Canada, the United States, and the European Union. We take reasonable steps to ensure providers offer appropriate protection for personal information.

We keep form submissions, applications, and registrations for as long as needed to provide the service and maintain business records, and then delete or anonymise them. You can ask us to delete your data sooner — see below.

The site is served over HTTPS, application data is stored in access-controlled databases, and access is limited to team members who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our use of your personal information, to withdraw consent, and to receive a copy of your data. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. To make a request, email hello@rateddocs.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as our services change. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated where required.
