RatedDocs is a data transparency and marketing platform that verifies individual dentists and helps international patients research dental care options abroad. We are not a dental clinic, medical practice, or referral agency. We do not employ dentists, perform treatments, or control the clinical decisions made by any dentist listed on the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use our services. Dentists who apply for verification must hold a valid, current dental license in the jurisdiction where they practice and must personally treat patients. Providing false or misleading information may result in rejection, suspension, or removal from the platform.

Our verification review is based on information and documents submitted by the dentist, combined with our own research using publicly available and professional databases. A verified profile or badge means we have reviewed the submitted information to a reasonable standard; it does not certify clinical skill, guarantee outcomes, or constitute a professional endorsement.

We reserve the right to revoke verification, remove a profile, or suspend an account if we discover inaccurate information, disciplinary actions, or conduct that conflicts with our standards.

RatedDocs provides educational information and helps patients connect with dentists who have been through our review process. We do not recommend specific treatments, quote exact prices, or guarantee availability. All treatment decisions, costs, and scheduling arrangements are made directly between you and the dentist you choose.

All payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to the price shown at checkout and to Stripe's terms. You are responsible for any taxes, currency conversion fees, or bank charges applied by your jurisdiction or payment provider.

Dentist memberships. RatedDocs offers fixed-term memberships at the prices displayed at checkout. Memberships are paid in full at purchase and are not available on payment plans. A membership term begins on the date of purchase and does not auto-renew; continued membership requires a new purchase at the rate offered at that time. Founding member pricing, where offered, applies only to the term purchased and is not a guarantee of future pricing unless stated in writing at checkout.

Patient products. RatedDocs also sells educational and research-support products to patients, including written guides and dentist-matching services. The scope of each product, its deliverables, and its delivery timeline are described on the offer page at the time of purchase. These products provide structured decision support based on available information. They are not medical or dental advice, and they do not guarantee treatment quality, price, safety, clinical results, or provider availability.

Refund terms are set by the specific offer page and checkout page at the time of purchase. Where those terms differ from anything stated elsewhere on this site, the terms shown at checkout govern.

Dentist memberships. Refund requests must be submitted within the refund window stated at checkout, measured from the date of purchase. Requests received after that window are not eligible. If a dentist cannot be verified through our process after payment, we refund the membership fee in full regardless of the refund window.

Patient products. Digital guides are refundable within the period stated on the offer page. Dentist-matching services are refundable until the matched options are delivered; once delivered, the service has been performed and is not refundable.

Not covered. Refunds never cover travel, accommodation, deposits paid to a dentist or clinic, or any clinical services arranged with a provider.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Use the site to harass, abuse, or discriminate against any person.
• Attempt to access data, accounts, or systems without authorization.
• Scrape, copy, or systematically download content without permission.
• Upload malware, spam, or harmful code.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations without notice.

All content on rateddocs.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is owned by RatedDocs or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RatedDocs and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or any services, including but not limited to decisions you make about dental treatment, travel, or payments to third parties.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or services is limited to the amount you paid to RatedDocs in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 CAD, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RatedDocs, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, or expense arising from your use of the site, your submissions, or your violation of these terms.

The site may contain links to third-party websites, calendars, payment processors, and communication tools. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated where required.
